3. AI-Generated Content

Hey Marlow uses artificial intelligence to analyze your data, generate reports, create summaries, and provide recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. AI systems can and do make mistakes, including producing content that appears plausible but is factually incorrect.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating any AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions, financial reporting, communications, or any other purpose.
Hey Marlow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output. All AI-generated content is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.
Hey Marlow shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your reliance on AI-generated content, including but not limited to financial losses, incorrect business decisions, or errors in reports or communications produced by the Service.
AI models are provided by third-party providers and may change over time. We do not control the underlying models and cannot guarantee consistent behavior across updates.

4. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEY MARLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT, INACCURACIES IN AI OUTPUTS, OR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hey Marlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Changes to Terms
